The Dakota Initiative is a grassroots mental health project attributed to my brother, Dakota Rodgers, who tragically lost his life to suicide in 2016.

Driven by a deep-seated purpose, my aim is to ignite an open and compassionate dialogue surrounding mental health and mental illness within our community, placing an unwavering emphasis on the availability and accessibility of resources specific to Mississippi.
